An Atlanta metro appliance repair company is being acquired. Four limited partner seats and one operating partner seat are open. Almost none of the buyer's own money is in this deal.
All figures are broker-stated and unverified. Diligence verifies everything, and the price moves if the numbers do. The business is SBA prequalified and the seller is open to financing.
Every household has appliances. They break. Someone gets paid to fix them. Twelve years of that, with eight people on staff, no trend risk and no fashion risk. Boring is the point.

Limited Partner, $25,000 per unit (4 units)
8% preferred return on invested capital, paid from free cash flow after debt service. After the pref, remaining distributable cash splits 70% to LPs, 30% to the sponsor. Capital comes back first at the refinance/recap (months 24 to 36) or at sale (years 3 to 5). Quarterly statements. No control, no calls, information rights only.
Operating Partner (1 seat)
For an experienced operator from appliance repair, home services, or field-service management. Salary plus 10% equity vesting over 3 years, with a performance bonus tied to revenue retention. You run the techs, the routes, and the customers. The sponsor runs the systems and the money.

First four LP units, first close when diligence verifies the numbers. NDA required for the full book.
